What the work includes
Make the process
easier to run.
Recurring reporting often depends on a chain of manual steps. We map those steps, automate the suitable parts and make failures visible to the people who manage the work.
A workflow map
Identify the source, trigger, manual checks, recipients and exceptions in the current process.
A repeatable collection process
Collect and prepare supported files or system data on an agreed schedule.
Visible checks and exceptions
Add validation, failure notifications and a clear recovery path for incomplete or unexpected data.
Documented operation
Explain how the process runs, who owns it and how the team handles a failed run.
Possible starting points
Build around
the business question.
These examples describe potential project scopes. The initial review establishes what your data and workflow can support.
Data preparation
Standardize files, check required fields and flag records that need review.
Operational handoffs
Move approved information between teams with a defined trigger and visible status.
Before implementation
Check the foundations.
Power Automate, Python and scheduling tools are selected to suit the workflow. We review existing licences, access and support needs before recommending an approach.
Data readiness
What is available?
Identify the source records, quality issues and access needed for the agreed outcome.
Scope & delivery
