Our Story

Two regions of India, one family kitchen, and a decade of feeding the Fraser Valley.

From Punjab & Haryana to the Fraser Valley

Rooted in the dhabas of North India

The Rana family hails from the heartland of Punjab & Haryana — the land of the tandoor, sarson da saag, and roadside dhabas where every meal is made with ghee, garlic, and a generous heart.

Chef Rana learned to cook over a clay tandoor and a wood fire, grinding masalas by hand the way his mother and grandmother did. When the family settled in Chilliwack, those Punjabi recipes came with them — the makhani gravies, the smoky kebabs, the fresh-pressed naan — unchanged and uncompromised.

We paired that North Indian soul with the crisp, golden dosa of the South, and the best of British Columbia’s farms. The tandoor still runs hot from open to close, and our spices are still ground in-house — just like back home.

North Meets South

A menu that spans a subcontinent

Few kitchens do both worlds justice. We do.

  • The North

Rich, creamy gravies, charred tandoori, fluffy naan and the comfort of butter chicken & dal makhani.

  • The South

Crisp dosa, fluffy idli, tangy sambar and fiery chutneys — the art of fermentation, perfected.

  • The Fusion

Indo-Chinese favourites and modern plant-based twists that bring the two together.
