Can you improve an existing report?
Yes. We start with its measures, model, source totals and user journey, then agree the changes. A redesign can keep a useful existing model when it is sound.
How often can the data refresh?
The plan depends on the source and licence. Microsoft documents up to eight scheduled refreshes a day for Power BI Pro, and up to 48 for PPU or relevant Premium/Fabric capacity. This is not a promise of live data.
Does row-level security protect every workspace user?
No. Microsoft states that RLS applies to workspace Viewers; Admin, Member and Contributor roles have broader access. Workspace permissions must be planned alongside the report rules.
