This notice covers Cloudflare Web Analytics on the Surrey AI Automation website and information handled through its enquiry form.

Information you submit

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, business details, selected service and message you submit. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you requested. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Website and enquiry services

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and processes requests to the enquiry form. The form is designed to store enquiries using Supabase and, when configured, to send a notification through a business notification service. Service providers may process information outside Canada. Contact us for details about the handling of a specific enquiry.

If the form cannot confirm delivery, the page offers an email link. Choosing that link opens your email application; the page does not automatically send your enquiry to another form provider.

Website analytics

The pages load Cloudflare Web Analytics for page-view and visit reporting and browser-based performance measures. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use personal data and does not track individual end users across customer websites. The analytics beacon is separate from the enquiry form, and this site does not configure it to send form fields or message contents. Cloudflare standard reports do not support custom button or form events or UTM parameters. Enquiry-source context is handled separately as described below and is included only with an enquiry you submit. See Cloudflare Web Analytics, data collection and feature limits.

Browser storage and demonstrations

The marketing pages do not include advertising trackers or save enquiry details in browser local storage. When you choose a local view, the website also stores only the selected city or community slug in session storage for this browser tab. It does not request your device location or use an IP lookup. Your chosen business location is included with an enquiry only when you submit it. They use session storage to keep limited enquiry-source context during the browser tab’s page session: a known source category, recognised campaign labels and site page paths. This storage does not contain your name, email, message, a visitor identifier, full referring URLs or arbitrary query parameters. It is sent with an enquiry only when you submit the form. Your optional “How did you find us?” answer is also included. If browser storage is unavailable, the form still works; automatic context can describe the current page visit but does not carry between pages. The reporting self-assessment runs in your browser and does not submit your answers.

Separate demonstrations and product tools can use additional integrations and browser storage. Contact us about a specific tool before connecting an account or uploading personal information. Hosting and external services can maintain technical request logs or use cookies under their own practices.
